Does Bookingor support custom guest information fields?
Bookingor Custom Data Collection
I found that the Bookingor plugin provides robust tools for WooCommerce store owners who need specific guest details. You can manage bookings while ensuring you collect every piece of required information from your customers during the checkout process.
The plugin structure allows you to move beyond basic names and emails. You can configure custom fields to suit your business requirements. Whether you run a hotel, a rental service, or a professional booking agency, you can tailor your data collection to match your operational needs.
My research confirms that Bookingor integrates with the standard WooCommerce checkout workflow. This ensures that your guest data remains organized alongside your regular order details. You keep your existing payment infrastructure while adding the necessary steps to capture booking-specific information.
You can configure these fields to be mandatory or optional based on your business rules. This flexibility helps you maintain high completion rates while ensuring you have all the necessary information for a scheduled service.
Key features include:
- Custom field creation for specific booking requirements.
- Direct integration with existing WooCommerce checkout flows.
- Support for mandatory and optional data input fields.
- Seamless synchronization between booking and order databases.
- Scalable configurations for various service-based business models.
- Centralized management of customer information in one dashboard.
- Mobile-responsive design for data entry on any device.
- Filtering options to sort bookings by collected guest data.
You should assess your data collection needs before launching your booking system. By implementing these custom fields, you ensure that you obtain the right information for every transaction. Start by testing your custom form fields in a staging environment to confirm the user experience meets your standards.
